Eating Disorder Therapy
We know how exhausting it is to constantly think about food, your body, and whether you’re doing things “right.” Eating disorders can feel isolating, overwhelming, and impossible to untangle—but you don’t have to do it alone. We’ve spent years helping people struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, OSFED, Orthorexia, and body image concerns, and we truly get how complicated and all-consuming it can be. Here, you’ll find a supportive space where you can start to quiet the noise, let go of the guilt, and build a life that feels freer, more meaningful, and no longer ruled by eating disorder thoughts and behaviors.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by emotions that feel impossible to control. Whether it stems from a single event or years of ongoing experiences, its impact on daily life is real—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our trauma therapists have helped people work through PTSD, C-PTSD, and all kinds of trauma, including childhood trauma, relationship trauma, traumatic grief, medical trauma, and intergenerational trauma—even if you’ve never been formally diagnosed. Here, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to process what happened, heal at your own pace, and reclaim your sense of self, autonomy, and control over your life.
